Sorry I could look on Ebay but as I'm on here I thought I'd ask - I sold a shock on eBay, the auction ended on Tuesday and the chap who won the auction has yet to pay. How long do people get before they have to pay? What can I do if he doesnt?

What does your auction say (some say payment within x hours for example)? I'd send a polite reminder to after a week and after a month report them to ebay for non payment. Not an awful lot you can do though.

A highly amusing yet sadly ineffective solution! :-)

have you sent an invoice yet?

Best way to avoid slow payment is to only accept paypal and only accept imediate payment.

hmm, if i hadnt had payment by today, i would relist

I find that you get 3 diff type of buyers in eBay

    1. Immediate payment
    2. Payment after you send them an invoice
    3. Non-payers

If you have sent them an ionvoice and they still havent paid, then relist and report them
