Just have to give props where due.
Went for my second time on Tuesday and this time we had set out to complete a red, black and another red. We almost made it! Last time we went we had a mechanical just after Black Craigs (somewhere around Murray's Monument I think) and no one had the tools to fix. So we had to freewheel with the lad all the back to base .
This time no mishaps and we were buzzing all the way down from the top. At lunch time a buddy of mine left his bike into the shop to have his brakes checked over - bled and new pads needed - and it was done within an hour. Couldn't beat that for service!
Alas we took too long for lunch and didnt get the second red in....next time, next time!!
Brilliant day out (£80/car)

It's great isn't it. McMoab is some USP but the rest of it's fab too, Talnotry Hill's one of my favourite bits of riding everywhere, just sucks you in and eggs you on.Uncompromising extremist0
