A blatant self indulgence thread so please excuse me.

I took a detour down to City Airport on the way home tonight and did a timed 10 mile run around it (one and 2/3rd's laps) in 29mins 29sec's which is the first time I have ever got under the magic 30 mins.

The roads are pretty clear and I got a pretty good run, only having to stop once at some lights and slow maybe 3 or 4 times (once for a slow moving bus!).

Maybe City Airport circuits could be the new Richmond park for those of us lucky enough to live on the better side of the city

Evidence from the Garmin (laps 2 and 3)

As an aside does anyone know how to make the Garmin record separate rides on the same day as separate activities rather than me having to use the Lap button do create splits?

I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Thanks Redvee. Yes the route is the section between 7 and 17 miles so I think you could say it's pretty flat.
