Hello,
Before i begin i have no intention to purchase a rack for my commute but what I am looking for is a recommendation for a backpack. Not any back pack more specifically one around 35litre mark and comes with a mesh section to prevent your back heating up.

The backpack above is perfect a bit pricey so as a last resort and to possibly save some pennies I thought I would have a word on here first.
Thanks

Deuter make very popular cycling packs, get one of the AIR range for the ventilated back system. In my opinion any decent length ride will result in a slightly sweaty back these packs really do help.

have you considered the Carradice SQR system & range of packs. not the size you specify but surprisingly roomy and easy to pack lots in.

no need for a rack or any chance of a sweaty back0
