Morning felchers

Today is a choice of getting up now and driving 50 miles to get on with stripping out plasterboards and framing and cleaning up at an empty property that needs doing or falling back to sleep then spending all day drafting out documents for a legal case.

Not one of lifes' better days of choices.

Morning, rode in to work for the first time in ages, only 3 mile or so but unpleasant due to

    a) blisters from new shoes
    b) should have checked my gears as the bike's been sat a while and I forgot they weren't right
    c) it's Wolverhampton

but yeah blisters, so balls to it skate shoes shorts and summer polo for work today, it's my day off, I'm doing them a favour (paid, obviously) and if they complain they can shove it up their lime cabinet.

I think I've got PMT today

Good morning all! Work has been tres busy being the end of term so not had much time to procrastinate the lsat week or so, but I am planning on procrastinating the hell out of this morning! Client visit this afternoon so will need to work then meh.

I am tired today too, I have been all week. I think I would even go as far as to say it was mild fatigue :( It might well be atmospheric, a lot of people have been saying they are lethargic of late.

Today I will work, make cakes, then go climbng, with a bit of foodstuffs to be consumed somewhere along the line. Perhaps even bacons as I bought some the other day hurrah, but I do have some rather tasty Thai curry leftovers too, hmm decisions?!!!

    Today is meh.

I am totally wee wee'd off with the mongtards at Bairstow Eves. A quick snippet from my conversation
'Does the legal paperwork exist for the land'
    'Yes, we've seen it'
    'Seen what exactly'
    'The receipt'
'The note saying 'I bought the land 10 years ago for £50''
    'Yes that's the one'
'But it's not a legal document proving ownership, it's a note written by Mr X'
    'Oh that doesn't mattter'
'Ok then I've got a note here saying I own your shop and you're moving out next week'
    'No we're not'
    'But I've got a note'
    'But it's worthless'
'You do realise you've just broken your own arguement'
    beeeeep.

    Morning Cruddies

Lovely night out last night with a friend, fell off the detox wagon via a pint of Stowford Press. But it was purely medicinal, I was hoping it would help me sleep, but alas, it was not to be.
So here I am again, trying to get my brain to work based on 4 hours of restless sleep.
Today will be work/procrastination, followed by cleaning and tidying the house tonight because The Hot Photographer's coming round tomorrow night.

FoxC if you are havng trouble sleeping try taking vitamin D3 tablets, really helped sort me out last year. I found I was going to bed tired, getting to sleep OK, then waking about 2 hours and tossing and turning til it was light. I would finally fall back to sleep an hour or so before I needed to get up!!!

I was back to normal after a week of taking it :) Well, as normal as I can be

    Greetings Maggots,

A little knackered this morning after an epic 500+ mile drive yesterday, at 75, with cruise control on and averaging 57MPG. No shabby for a 2L oil burner.

Home based today, so let's see what I can do to keep myself occupied, Milo my cat isn't helping my motivation either, he's been out on an all nighter and is passed out on a chair in my study. I could learn from this!

So, back to work I go... or should I browse the movies directory on the server?

    Morning!

am grumpy today...boss is back from her hols (we unaffectionately call her email queen) so I've had more nonsense emails in 2hrs than in the last 2 weeks combined.

Gonna do my usual 12 mile loop tonight so that'll get me through the day.

Morning faggots, got pro last night with the new toy, its good and makes me look faster. Fact!

Today I've designed a kitchen, bought a cokker element and am deciding what to have for lunch.

Beans on toast is looking good.

Healthy eating still going to plan today. Not having bacon when I get to the office is a bit lame though :\

Doing my best impression of looking busy today, can't be arsed to actually do much. Weather forecast for Afan at the weekend is improving though, so that's a plus...

update on the Barefaced Theives fiasco

'Afternoon, any luck with the sellers lawyer?'
'Hmm, Mr Spong, I'll just pass you over to Y. (whispers 'Y, it's Mr Spong, he sounds rather f**ked off')
'Hello Mr Spong, we've chased the sellers lawyer, but they haven't responded'
'As your colleague implied, I am more than a bit annoyed'
'yes but these things do take time'
'Not for you they don't because you haven't contacted anybody, I just have, nobody has any record of this office calling in the last 3 weeks despite what you've been telling me and Mrs Spong'
'Well I can tell you that's not correct'
'Well, I can tell you it is, Mr A at All over the place Law, part of your group, is also so annoyed that they're recommending we pay no fee to you'
    'Oh'
'As a small dog once put it 'Oh Yes''

Well there's your problem straight away, why are you employing a small dog to take care of your conveyancy needs? Dogs don't even have opposible thumbs to hold a phone or jot down notes

Just back off lunch, had to go through the courtyard...where there's a flipping barbecue on for the uni open day. Ah well, salad for me....
