What (sorry) is my watts/kg figure for the following stats:
total ascent 290ft (over 0.77 miles)
Time 4'22" (10.7mph)
total gross train weight 99kg
body weight 91kg
I haven't tried to work it out yet, but I am sure someone can. If it's over 3 I'll be surprised...

Just looked at the Pontypool web site
I was riding at the same time as Wally Ham and did a few rides with him.
Was living in Crumlin then and a member of Cwmcarn Paragons
the great Wally Ham.
cwmcarn aren't too shabby these days either....0
