Algarve cycling routes

I am going to the Algarve (Silves) later in the year and was wondering if anybody had any suggested routes?

I have seen from a previous post that Pete Ward sells maps and so have emailed him, though if anybody has any suggested road routes, they would be gratefully recv'd.
