Rear Shock

I am currenty using a Rockshox Monarch 2.1 air shock, i use it on my 6" all mountain bike for some DH and some XC, it's recently making a squishy noise and isnt quite as smooth any thoughts?

I may replace it with a coil shock if that will be more robust but not sure what to go for, all advice welcome

    If you've had it a while it probably just needs a service/seals replacing, all shocks will need this at some point.

    Check how many hours of use between sevices to see if you have gone past that, if not then it is probably warranty time, talk to your retailer,

    Contact the SRAM tech centre who can tell you about the servicing requirements and, offer any warranty or servicing required.
