powertap hub purchase

hi all,

1st time poster here

i have some mavic cosmic carbone SL wheels and am going to be in the market for a powertap at Xmas, can i buy a hub and fit it to these wheels or will i need to buy a new wheel with it already fitted ?

Ideally i want the cheapest option and assume this is buying the hub.

It will be a MAJOR ballache to fit a PT. For a start, you'll need to buy new spokes.
