just spent the past week on holiday....well i use the term "holiday" loosely, i was staying in a tent near Bude, in Devon. Got back Sunday night an im absolutely shattard, first time back on the bike thisi morning an my legs are like jelly

i dont think i need a can of mtfu i need a family bucket of the stuff

anyone else suffer from timeoffthebike syndrome?
