specialized hardrock rear cassette and chain

hi all my specialized hardrock needs a new cassette and chain .was wondering do i just get the same as whats on. or is there a cassette chain combo you can recommend.cheers

    Ribble cycles are the best value for money,imo..

    is the hardrock 8 or 9speed?

    & use a kmc chain which wear better than shimano imo with a quick link

    you can use an 8speed chain on a 7speed cassette..

    check out the link :wink: & free delivery with over £35 spent.

    + don't forgot to check the front chainrings for wear aswell if the chain has been on there too long when worn. (the teeth will be either "hooked in appearance or the load edge burred/grooved). If the chainrings are worn and not detachable a replacement chainset will be required.
