Brakes Leaking?

I've had a problem for a while now where my back brake gets gradually worse over time. The lever pulls further and further back until it's touching the handlebars, and you have to give it a good pumping everytime you want to use it. And if you like using your brakes, that's obviously a slight hindrance...

So I've bled them a couple of times now. The last time there was more air than fluid released, I'm sure. Anyway, the bike was about due a full service, and I stripped the whole lot down last week. Which was when I noticed the rear pads covered in oily gunk! Which explains why they haven't been biting so hard. And possibly why they need repeatedly bled.

The pads are working great again after an hour in the oven. But despite making sure the nipple on the fluid feed was tight, they still seem to be losing fluid.

Is it likely they're bleeding through the pistons? And more importantly, can it be fixed??

The brakes are Tektro Auriga Comp.
