Abductor muscle (groin) and inner thigh advice

Hi guys,
Been MTB for around 2 years now and I get out twice a week and do a couple of hours each time. I keep getting a ache in my groin area on one side, not painful just aching is this just down to exercise and normal?
Also I get a burning feeling in my inner thigh just above my knees on both legs, I have this almost all the time but never when im on the bike again not painful but annoying, any ideas?
I would say im resonabily fit.

Go see the Doc Ali, it doesn't sound like any usual cycling related issue.
