Upgrade advice

After much deliberation i've decided to spend my £1200 on a New Ribble Sportive Racing. I've looked at loads of bikes around this price and it just seems like the best deal i can get for the spec i want, and just as important, i think it's a really good looking bike. After a SRAM/Shimano thread on here, i've decided to go for the SRAM Rival groupset. My question is about some of the other upgrades i can make. Are the following upgrades worth it?

Rims - Pro lite como clincher upgraded to ITM Aero 2.4's (£28
Saddle - Pro lite lodi upgraded to Selle Italia XO flow (£20)
Tyres - Prorace Niro Rigid upgraded to Vittoria Rubino 3 Rigid (£10)

Not sure if i should upgrade to the stuff on offer (limited choice), or just buy the bike with the basic stuff and upgrade it over time. My problem with that is that i'm paying for stuff i don't really want, and i could spend that cash on an immediate upgrade - just don't know if the stuff i'd be upgrading to is any good?

Here's a link to the site if you want a look?

Thanks :D

    Thanks :D

    Yes - better bearings
No - not unless the Pro Lite is uncomfortable
Probably - never used either, but the Prorace do seem to be pretty good.
