Cycling Clubs in and around Putney

Hey there folks,

This TDF action is getting me all hot and bothered. I want to join a club around the Putney area and maybe get into some racing. Can anyone give any advice. I know there's a club called Dynamo in Richmond, but was thinking of something a bit smaller.

Anyone got any advice?

    There's a small club call CS Grupetto based in Putney. I'm not sure if they're taking on new members though, as I think they don't want to get too big.

    It would seem you have to be a 'friend' to be a part of the club. This from their own site
    " We’re a little bit different from the usual cycling clubs in that we are primarily a group of friends who know and socialise with each other outside of cycling but happen to share a common interest in cycling. We are based in Putney and much of our regular weekend riding starts from Richmond Park."
    With most clubs you make friends once you join, not with CS Grupetto. Friend first, then we may let you in!
