Cycling in Athens Greece

Hi there,
In Athens on a trip and taking my road bike has anyone got any suggestions for a route out of Athens town centre on a Saturday, out to quiet roads? Staying not too far from the Acropolis.
Some hills would be welcome, but nice quiet roads preferable. A pretty sea side village within 3 hrs easy ride would be excellent.

Not sure I'd be keen to cycle in Athens itself, traffic is crazy. I just came back from Aegina on Friday and you can get the by ferry in 1:15 of 40 mins on flying dolphin. Plenty good hills across the middle of the island.0
