Touring on a Road Bike

Next week I am of for a 160 mile 5 day cycle tour in the Western Isles
I want to take my Road Bike. Steel Audax bike which takes a Rear Rack and front Handlebar Bag.
I am 195 lbs and I will be carrying 25lbs of luggage TOTAL 220lbs
Will my 2007 Campagnolo Wheels ok????
I have a suitable mountain as well! with slicks

Yes duplicate Question. Still undecided hence the second posting. Thanks for the Advice. Think I should stop worrying get on my Road Bike and enjoy a week in the beautiful Western Isles.
