Hi All
A friend of mine, Philip Brooker, is riding around the world - he is trying to support a number of charities in the process by getting sponsorship for legs of the trip.

Please help him out if you can - he doesn't have a huge target for each leg despite the distances involved, I'd like to help him get higher. Read his blog its pretty well written in any case.

PS he is currently most of the way across Turkey - his blog is running a little behind his actual progress due to the cost of internet usage where he is travelling - he also has a facebook page with shorter updates:
