    Maxxis minions. DHF and DHR

    what are they going on?

and what are the track conditions?

if muddy maybe something more grippy like the Wet scream or in-between the swampthing is good.

Or do you not mean tyres for DH?

ok then what width will fit?

    what fork? what frame?

and if you want to trade keep it to the classifieds of to PMs.

this is not a selling forum it is for offering advice.

Kenda Nevegals will kick most tyres arse in that category, and the 2.35 can be sourced for a mere 14.99 per tyre from on-one.

If you don't mind the drags i found the kenda blue grooves to be vey very grippy. They come up a bit wide but i found a pair very cheap last year (on wooly hat shop i think).

Wiggle have Maxxis High Rollers for £16 for a 2.1 and £18 for a 2.35

I ordered the 2.35 for the front of my bike but they sent me the 2.5 dual ply super tacky. I also have the 2.1 on the back.

Get High Rollers. I use 2.35" supertacky dual ply on my hardtail but if you can accept the occasional pinch flat then the single ply would do the job well.
Kenda Nevagals are useless unless you really enjoy drifting everywhere.

Agree on the Nevegals, they were the stock tyres on my bike. Never filled me with confidence. The High Rollers are 10 times better, feel i can throw the bike into a corner now and not worry about front end washing out.
