No, but the head line could be "great day at the tour ending in an exciting sprint" rather than the first thing you see as you go on to the site is a photo of cav, clearly just won and then a caption confirming it0

Reporting news means giving it away in the headline. It gets more clicks like that because most readers want to know more.
