So two weeks after picking up my new rather smart Remedy 7, I stacked it royally to be met on the other side by the fast approaching earth.

Smash!

Managed to pull off my back back and felt my shoulder...and the collar bone sticking out...yum!

Walked about 45mins with the warm glow of adrenaline and someone kindly gave me a lift back to Dorking station....to london....
nearly threw up on the train.

so yeh, smashed collar bone, bruised ribs and a bloody sore neck.
got a groovy foam sling, am out of action for 7 weeks and am bored out of my tits.

on the plus side, the bike hasnt got a scratch on it!!

    Thats the important bit.

Hope you get well soon, make sure you do all the physio or it will be Xmas before your back to full strength.
