Fox forks service

i have fox forks float 32F ( i thinks thats the name) 100mm travel

i was wondering how often should i service them? i normally do between 50-100 miles a week, and what advice do you have on servicing them, i would like to do it my self.

    just before i bought the bike in march, so ive clocked up quite a few miles :lol: been thinking its about time they had some loving, they still feel good and work nicely, no play in bushes that im aware of, no excess oil etc.

    had a look at the fox site and got a few bits of info, looking for tips from people that have experience doing it, seen a couple of youtube vids, i think jst a seal change would be fine though, the vid was a full strip down.

    my forks the F-series, not float, my bad :lol:
