Does anyone know if Hope's reducer race (HS136) will work with my On One smoothie mixer headset?

I'm not totally convinced by the On One reducer as the inset on it is very shallow and I had to lock the headset down after just one ride.

well it is not designed to work with any headset than Hopes.

yes most headset do need a little betting in or more if home fitted.

I will definately be giving it more of a go. Just wanted a back up for if it keeps coming loose.

was just expecting the reducer to fill the gap between the fork and bearing like the Hope one does. The On One one just has a few mm sticking up.

and that maybe all that is needed.

people dont just make this and hope they work.

I've got the same headset and it's fine. Give it a few rides to settle down.

I'm sure thats all it needs. How tight should you do the top cap?

it should only be enough to remove the play from the bearings.
