Got the hubs - what rims should I buy?

Got a nice tasty pair of Hope hubs. 16h front / 24h rear.
Now all I've got to do is get the rest of the bits and pieces, and build them up.
I have built several pairs before, but all were many years ago and I'm no longer up to date with current kit.
I'm looking for recommendation on rims and spokes, particularly on stockists as well.
My priorities:
1. clincher.
2. for best bike
3. aero would be nice.
Ideally I'd go for a mid-deep section combo - something like 50 f-80 r (or 50 f&r).
Any suggestions as to where I start looking, and what's available?
Thanks!

What sort of rims do you want? You could do worse than looking at getting chinese carbon rims - see the thread on here for recs.http://www.georgesfoundation.org
