Bianchi Via Brera with mudguard braze-ons?

My bike was stolen in May (sniff) and it's time to start thinking about getting another.

It'll be for London commuting, no great distance (less than 5 miles a day).

I'm vain enough that I want a pretty bike.

I've commuted enough that I want to have mudguards, and vain enough that I don't want plastic clip-ons.

I saw someone riding a Bianchi Via Brera. That's a beautiful bike.

Does anyone know of a bike that looks similar that has braze-ons for fitting mudguards? Single speed is fine, as is a bike with a limited set of gears. I don't want a spacebike covered in levers and cables and mechanisms, but wouldn't mind a five-speed at the back or something. It's a trade off between ease of maintenance and ease on the hills, and either compromise suits me fine.

Anything spring to mind?

Thanks!
