menorca riding

hi
last week i went to menorca for a week my 3rd time to the island but my first scince i was 8 (10 years ago) and i fell in love with the place from the people to the weather to the scenery and if i could get a job as an electrician , air conditioning feild i would love to move there.Anyway i hear there is some brilliant riding over there from road to mountain and i am considering trying some of it out next spring.
has anyone been riding there and can you recommend any routes?. also i hear there is a sportive there every year in may (i think) called the lighthouse tour or something along that name and is something like 200km long. has anyone experienced this sportive? and do you know a website for it and cycling in menorca ?
