Slow leaking Avid elixir 5 lever - write off?

Hey, I noticed the other day my left (rear) brake lever appears to be slowerly leaking. I haven't actually seen it leaking but I first noticed a load of sticky stuff on the shifter under it, and you can hear a slightly squelchy sound when you pull the lever hard. Is there any fixing these things, or is it basically a write off?
Many thanks!

replace the seals. brakes do make noises.
how the lever feel?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hey, to be honest the lever doesn't feel too bad. There is a bit of 'sponge' after the pads are in full contact but they're always been a bit like that. The only reason I mention a funny sound is that the front lever is fairly close to silent.
It's just annoying though cause I can't visually see any leak, just this sound and noticing sticky stuff on the shifter under the lever.
Thanks for the reply dude.0 -
My elixir 5 rear brake makes a very slight squishy noise but no leaks and lever pressure is same as front little bit of spongy feel but same as most avid brakes I have triedSpecialized Camber Expert
