Would you swap........

As my wife had never cycled before I bought her a new Specialized Vita about 6 months ago but she has really got into it and now wants a drop bar bike.Question is would you convert the Vita to drop bars or sell and buy a Dolce or something similar.Thanks in advance

    Buy a drop bar.

    Flat bar conversions generally suck - the geometry tends to be all over the place for a start . . .

    Most flat bar bikes are built with a longer toptube in comparison to a drop bar bike, therefore sticking drop bars will make the reach too far.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
