hi there

I have a 2010 gt 3.0 avalanche bike. i recently ordered some cheap lights from ebay for it however when i went to put them on the mounts were too small.

What lights can i buy in order for the mounts to be the right size for my bike or is it that the lights i bought were too cheap (under a £5 for two)?

    SOunds like the mounts are for 25.4mm bars, and you have 31.8mm.

    I bought a light for around $12US and it works better than my $50 light. THey also will sell brackets to mount the light you already have.

    Just mount them further away from the stem you will be able to get them on somewhere. Or bodge up a mount with some foam rubber and zip ties or large O-rings. I ran most of last winter with a bodged up rear light mount because I lost the bracket. 2 O-rings a zip tie and a piece of foam from a parcel and I was away.
