Woke up this morning all happy thinking yay its almost the weekend! bugger its only wednesday
had a good fettle last night, but really need a new stem to replace the borrowed 90mm one, which is about 20mm to long for all my cables, but the borrowed bars are spot on!
Temp minion is out most of the day and looks like my day will be quite quiet? Hmmm

Yesterdays study ended up being a turbo training session (first in 6 mths) followed by watching TV with the current wife whilst sweating like a NOTW editor.
So if I don't go to the pub later for my dear ma ma's 60th I am going to study......0 -

Piddle all to do today, her lovelyness from HR should be here soon for minion consultations, and then it's out on the bike at lunch. No doubt I'll also be having more arguements with people in Cardiff too.Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Mornin all. Yesterday's trail discovery was awesome. Going to need some fettling, but someone has been kind enough to chop down some trees and log up the trunks and branches so all good.
Going to end up with some sweet urban trails in Se19quote "Whyamihere"

Morning peeps
Busy day of nothing important today, probably move some stuff down to the new flat, and call the landlord to try and find out why the electricity isn't working since he said it had all been taken care of.0 -
Aloha,
For a long while I was off the bike following a crash. But over the last year and a dose of MTFU I've got back into riding and refound the 'zone'.
I rode to work this morning through a shower, feeling the Nobby Nic flicking water and road detritus up the back of my legs and the pellets of rain hitting my head through the holes in my lid.
Doesn't get much better!
I'm going to grab bread and bacons, then head to the workshop to burn stuff and blow s**t up. Less yappin', more zappin'. 8)How would I write my own epitaph? With a crayon - I'm not allowed anything I can sharpen to a sustainable point.

Work is pretty much it today. Sitting here with the boot off though, so it's not all bad. Was a bit worried last night cos the ankle was really swollen, but seems ok now. Will make sure I elevate it tonight.

morning all...
i'm up in anglesey this week....rode llandegla yesterday and broke my bike so no more riding this week.
the sun is shining (for how long i don't know) i've got my camera and i'm off to see if i can take some nice pics later
on a side note, if you ever visit anglesey i'd highly reccommend the bull hotel in llangefni...huge rooms for only £50 a night - i mean full on living area, king size bed, kitchen and bathroom0 -

Morning bike wenches
Back at work today, on middles this week so its ok I suppose, I dont finish later than 9, but it kind of kills the whole day.
Plus point, 2 breaks today I think, which means double the starbucks, and i've got a whole weekend of the archers to catch up on, (obviously not when I'm driving)
so yeah thats it, living the (middle aged man's) dream, Trains and Radio 40 -
Mornin c'ites
Is it Wednesday.. all the same to me, trying to pursuade the wife to go away this weekend, not having much luck, which is fine with me as I'll tinkle with me bits and get out for a ride on Sunday.0 -
I got soaked to the skin and seriously muddy on the route into school but madly I started singing jingle bells and actually enjoyed it in the end. I managed to find a tap to partly rinse the bike and myself off. Some lightweight Sealskinz socks and waterproof baggies are needed.0

Just woke up, toast and a diet coke as opposed to Coffee consumed. Off to Leisure Lakes Bury, to get some new gloves. Then maybe get a dirty Maccies0

Just woke up in a Sicillian hotel, (no horses head in my bed tho') after a pesky night shift, happy to report that the sun is up, there is a light breeze and i will be on my bike to get to work in a few hours.
No bacons out here but plenty of pizza.
Hope all are well and looking forward to the fast looming weekend.

fine if you don't want to you only have to say, sorry I asked, I won't waste a pm in the future!
Calm down crudders I'm kidding!!!!
Well I'm in a good but stinking mood, late for work so looks like I don't have to go to Coventry, but I was late because some muppet working on wolves new bus station parked his friggin cement mixer parked across the only road into the station, and refused to move it as he had to dump his cement at some point. After ten minutes he decided he was in the wrong place anyway and drove off, no apology or anything leaving a queue of people missing their train! Damn retard0 -
ricardo_smooth I'll be missing the British GP this year as in welshlandshire and not sure if they have TV yet, plus i'm pretty sure i know what the result is already :?
My Bro is there as of tomorrow so i'll doubt he'll remember the race as the blokes he's going with are sooo dull, you'd have to stay pissed to get through it!0 -
well suppose it fills the time!
First time for me so i'm rather excited. The gf loves F1 and her B'day is sunday so 2 birds and 1 stone springs to mind!
I'm sure welshlandshire have only just discovered electricity so i'd be surprised!0 -

Oh and now I've found last weeks banana mashed up in the bottom of my bag, it's gone all over my magazine and left a horrible, smelly gelatinous gloop all over the rachel atherton feature.0
