Does anyone have the 8 or 9 version of this computer and, most importantly, understand how to transfer the contents to a PC and would be prepared to use symbols and small words to explain to a simpleton why he has been able to manage to do this one time only and never again and what he's doing wrong? I :?

    Got a version 9.0 which syncs fine.
