Anybody surprised by BMC's TTT result.
The batteries in seat tubes are back!

It's actually just the Di2 battery but why let that spoil a bit of sensationalism?

I'm not that surprised. You don't necessarily need to have a team of TT specialists to do well at a TTT, especially a relatively short one. BMC have a lot of very strong Rouleurs (Hincapie, Quinziato, Burghardt) plus Evans and Bookwalter who are very strong TTers."I have a lovely photo of a Camargue horse but will not post it now" (Frenchfighter - July 2013)0

Nope, agree with inky. Boadman did a piece about how in the TTT it's very much about the man on the front riding and positioning himself for the 8 behind (4 behind in the case of Euskaltel ) rather than just riding a TT for himself0

I was slightly surprised but not in a suspicious way - Leopard were more of a surprise considering the number of passengers being pulled by the Cancellara express.0

I'm surprised whenever BMC win anything. They're so anonymous I bet their DS makes them wear badges so he doesn't forget their names.
(Evans aside, of course)0
