modifiying B2W bikes

How would it work if say you bought a B2W scheme bike then upgraded it and sold the original parts, such as the groupset & wheels etc
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

    Technically you don't own the bike, so selling off the bits is theft. However, assuming you keep the bike to the end and formally acquire it, who's to know?

    Of course the new bits won't be insured (assuming your B2W includes insurance, some so, some dont).
