Torque setting for Miche bb

I've just put on a new Miche Primato bottom bracket on my fixed gear. Does anyone what the recommended torque setting is and how to tell if it's too tight?

It feels as though there's a little bit of drag - maybe I've tightened it up too much but I've tightened it up so that the cups are virtully flush with the frame.

    No suggestions? Not even one? Oh well, at £15 a pop it doesn't really matter if the next bb dies sooner than expected.

    Miche bottom brackets have a reputation for working loose, so good and tight is probably no bad thing.
