Front fork length - how is this changed?

I have a set of Tora forks. it says on them that they can be setup at as 80mm or 100-130mm travel.

Can't se how you do this, any ideas?

Set in the 80mm setting and have been fine, but if I change frame I may want to change this if possible, but how?

By altering internal spacers, if they are there. You need the service manual from SRAM.
