Had ride at the weekend on the new frame and loved it, so rode in this morning on it too, instead of using the crosser. Was pondering if I could fit a few hours at Cannock in at the weekend.

Today will hopefully involve zapping out some interesting weld trials. Should be a giggle.

    Morning homos!

Today is the first official day of my new job. It's going to be nice as for the last week I was doing both my new job and my old job at the same time which was horrible.

Also, just to rub it in a little bit; tomorrow is a bank holiday on the Isle of Man :D

    Hola,

Nice, creak-free ride in this morning.

Last week before a fortnight off so intend to spend this morning catching up with the freecaster replay of the downhill and might do some work this afternoon. Maybe. :)

    Enjoy the sun folks :)

    Hey chumps!

Today will be spent enduring meh of the highest order. Broken something on the Fiat this morning, don't know what it is but hitting a tyre at 70mph means something's banging around the front suspension. This means the replacement PX frame is out the window.

Plus I've got more work than the only whorehouse in the Persian Gulf when the Fifth Fleet comes to town.

    Anyway food is calling.

Wah gwarn mi bredrin. Could get used to this weather the weekend reached a new level of awesomeness apart from a brief interruption on Saturday when I had to go and look at some furniture and feign interest, otherwise most excellent.

    Morning Maggots,

Working from home today, so had the luxury of waking up at 07h30!
Hopefully the weather will be good, if so I'll take the commuter out for a ride after work.
My cat is passed out in the other chair in the study after being out all night. As usual he comes home to eat and sleep...

    Morning, well, afternoon all!

Had a cr@p nights sleep last night, just seem to toss and turn all night, and I think my own snoring woke me at one point. Fail.

Last night I did not fail though. 8) I was 'da man' wooo :D I would advise against having sex in the back of a car on a road that you think is unused. Especially when your parking spot is actually a passing point..... :?

Anywho's, meh day ahead. I'm trying out some of these milkshake meal things, meant to replace 2 meals a day with a milkshake. I had one for breakfast, I think i'm giving up on them now as I'm starving and milkshake is nothing to look forward to.

Right, back to wiring these Drawmers...

 It certainly felt like it at one point  Turned out that the long dirt trail we'd found actually led to about 3 houses around the corner. A car passed us, then had to stop as someone was coming the other direction, and we were in the passing place.... cue rather awkward ducking and diving.

Once they'd gone, I got back on it though 8)

BTW, this is a big deal for me as it's certainly 'been a while'

    Afternoon children :)

Spent a long weekend at my folks house up North with no bike and no interweb connection but caught up on loads of sleep as was knackered last week. No surrounded by packing crates as we've just moved office and its a bit chaotic here. At least I've found the coffee machine...

Once again, for the 50th week running, I didn't win the lottery, c'mon, it's gotto happen soon

Seriously considering joining the gym this week, just think that spending 45 quid a month getting fit is better than sitting on my arse drinking 50 quids worth of red wine, plus I'm thinking regular swimming and going to pilates is going to help my back!

On the plus side, my new brakes are set up and are awesome, ultra quiet, excellent modulation and stop you dead when you need it... took me 18 months, but My Yeti is now finished.. the wife is most pleased!!

Evening benders, day of win today.

Busy day today. Collected keys for new flat. Just on the corner of camden high street, about 100m from mornington crescent station, love it, even if it is a bit of a dump. Win. Sadly I'm paying rent on 2 places now over summer... fail.

Also took big cousin and baby cousin to the zoo for free. Win.

Got paid for babysitting finally. Win.

Found a big bag of pasta at the back of my cupboard and a jar of sauce while I was clearing out, evidently I'd stashed it away at some point so now I don't need to go buy food for tonight. Win.

I'll knock you up for a kebab, (over the side road heading towards mornington crescent first kebab house on the left hand side) next time I visit Camden, I always stay in St Chris's above Bellushis.

Nice, I'm just above the tapas bar nextdoor, sadly the flat is a bit of a hole but seeing as I'm a student I doubt I'll notice plus the location was too good to refuse, 2 mins to uni (as opposed to the current 25)I'm in Camden, plenty of pubs, Euston and St.Pancras in easy walking distance... most importantly it's easy to get back to on a night out.
