Prolite Nanto Saddle or Charge Spoon?

Has anybody had any experience of either of these saddles? I'm looking for a cheapish replacement for the San Marco Ponza saddle I have at the moment which is quite painful in the Gentleman's area  The Prolite saddle looks ok for the money but I'm not sure.

No experience of the Prolite but changed my Spesh saddle for a Charge Spoon and it's bloody brilliant!

Just out of interest which Specialized saddle was it? As a mate has offered me his nearly new Alias saddle.

I alternate between a worn in Brooks, and a Spoon. I can't say I've even noticed it underneath me. This can only be a good thing.

Think I'll go for the Spoon as the weight of public opinion both here and in reviews seem to favour it.

If you find you don't like it, you'll get most of your money back on eBay.

Yep. That's where all my unwanted bike gear ends up...but hopefully not the Spoon.

My LBS lent me an alias a couple of weeks back to try out and I couldn't get on with it at all, so went back to the stock original saddle my bike came with.

I used to have a Spoon on my MTB and I always found it very comfortable so think I'll try another some time.

I use Spoons on my MTB but don't find it very comfy on a road bike after a couple of hours (as you're sat down a lot more IME). As always though saddles are a very personal thing so best to try before you buy if you can (although given the Spoon is pretty cheap it's not a big deal if you don't get on with it).
