sram xo rear derailler

Hi all.
Got a 09 stumpjumper expert carbon, last week the rear derailler started flicking itself up when pedaling, it does it when the chain is on the outside ring on front and the 4 smallest on the back. Have not touch the bike so not anything i've done. Any one got any ideas why this has started?

    Possibly a stiff link in the chain.

    + some other bikes.

    Take your chain off and check the jockey wheels spin freely its a common issue that the bearings get caked in crap and stop turning if so you just need to strip them down and clean them

    Hi generally a stiff link as thats when it shows up most because its going round less teeth.
    but check mech aswell anyway never hurts to clean it
