Just some freebies on a few of the road bikes :( and nothing on a CF 9.0, an aeroad 9.0 or slx 9.0 pro!

Maybe it will get better once the race starts - I was desperately hoping they would do what they did before and base it on the team's performance - especially as the first week looks good for Gilbert and co!

I'm really disappointed too in the offers so far.
And it looks like some of the bikes have gone up in price before sale started !!!!

    yeah I thought this too!!
I have been watching some models for ages (waiting for the new cc to come through) and seen the price go up and up!! (prob so they can bring them down to normal during the tour  )
2012 Scott Foil 10 (Shimano dura ace) - in progress
    2011 Cervelo S2 (SRAM Red/Force)
    2011 Cannondale Caad 10 (Shimano 105)

Given the number of riders i seen on a Canyon at the Marmotte i am not surprised...
This seems to be a new marketing strategy - Make good kit at great value - build up a fan base and thing bring out more so called exclusive ranges after a year or two and hike all the prices...Examples I have noted are DBH and Boardman ...
I thought thee Germans would be different !!!!

I've worked out a plan to get one but I'm keeping it to myself until my order goes in
Nothing underhand or particularly clever just had enough things go against me this year that I'd like to see if it all works out ok - it basically brings a CF 9.0 into my budget - just!
as for the prices - they have stayed at 2499euros for this model it's just the crappy exchange rate that makes the £ price rise. The CF 9.0 was as low as £2059 but is now sitting at £2229 (was as high as £2259!) and don't forget the £52 P+P!
Can't see the deals getting any better but keeping my fingers crossed anyway - good luck all :)

Shame they don't make an S-Works Roubaix/Bianchi Infinito equivalent.

I ordered an Ultimate CF 8.0 yesterday, been keeping an eye on the sale but not got any better and dont seem to be offering anything on the CF 8.0, hopefully that doesn't change thru the duration of the Tour

I've been away mate, so not yet. Had a week in Germany on a course, a week in Court giving evidence for a case I worked on, then the last 2 weeks in Brittany following the TdF.

I did put a deposit on the HTC Roubaix frame before I went, but I'm waiting to see what the 2012 Infinito and Roubaix colour ways are like before I buy. I will buy one of them - most likely the Bianchi though, it was a very nice ride!

Just as an aside, I've noticed Primera have 20% discount off everything ATM, except Specialized for some reason. There may be some good buys for someone there.

Canyon had a big sale back in April/May time.

I bought my Ultimate AL then for £439 :D

I'm not holding out much hope of further reductions unless they have to get rid of stock.
A lot of the Aero are already out of stock !!!

Gibert performing poorly must be the reason for the sale no show

got sick of the crappy sale, luckily I've found (and subsequently bought) a better frame (IMO) for the same as an SLX!

Yup, it's in AMIT colour scheme with frame, forks, headset, seatpost and clamp.
Pity the courier has delayed delivery due to one letter being incorrect in the postcode and I've been trying to contact them all morning as I'd be happy to go to the depot and pick it up!!!!
