Just seen a snippet on the news here, Hushovd calling Hagen, in particular, daft for not moving abroad (Hagen keeps himself in shape with cross-country skiing during the long winters). A few funny references to liking the Norwegian brown bread and semi-skimmed milk too much.
Hagen's reply: I seem to be doing alright without your advice thank you very much. :D

Wait a minute, didn't I once hear a story about Hushovd's family following around various races in a motorhome and cooking him various Norwegian dishes or something? This was a couple of years ago, mind.

Yep, his folks always follow the tour by caravan, and he also likes his home comforts:

I've absolutely no idea why a multi millionaire cyclist would want to live in Monaco (year round cycling obviously).

EBH almost seems to arrive too fit at the start of the season, the cold winter doesn't seem to be a problem. Although maybe the injuries are because he can get himself fit but he's not got them from being on the bike?
