Plenty of feedback on Ebay for the seller, mainly excellent, so I wouldn't be too worried.
I've bought 'homemade' kits like these (although not for Avids) and they've been fine.
At the price worth a try.
IMHO.I don't do smileys.

Looks the same as the Epic bleed kit which is excellent. I'd go for it.0

The only difference between that & the Avid kit is you don't get the caliper spacers or the bits to shorten your hose.Statistically, Six Out Of Seven Dwarves Aren't Happy0
