Currently 105 5600 groupset is on offer at £285 at Merlin. Don't know if this is the cheapest available but looks a good price (probably due to change to 5700)
Seems like a no-brainer to me if you are looking for an upgrade from Sora/Tiagra. You'd probably recover much of the new 105 price by flogging off your old groupset.
Would have bought the set myself, if I had a suitable frame to build up at the moment.

thats insane, the tiagra brand new is still 300 on there, buy buy buy, you will struggle to build it 2nd hand cheaper then that.0

Yeah, not many left now, I picked up one of the last with an english BB for £315.00 a couple of weeks a go. Is it worth the extra £100+ of your english pounds just to have the cables routed under the bar tape on the 5700, nice to have but cannot be justified for me.
Now I just need a BB30 chainset at a reasonable price which is proving impossible "sigh"0
