SKS Cartridge alternatives

I've got an SKS Airchamp, which is a good bit of kit. However, I've used all the SKS cartridges up (don't ask) and the Genuine Innovations ones I got instead don't fit properly & leak like crazy round the head pin when fitted.
Given that proper SKS cartridges seem a bit tricky to get hold of (which may be due to issues with posting CO2 cartridges), can anyone recommend any alternatives that fit properly?

your local LBD can get SKS cartridges for you, not sure if that's practical for you? SKS have 3 distributors in the UK i'd say that should cover just about every bike shop in the land0

Having got hold of some SKS cartridges from my LBS, it appears they are wider-necked than the Genuine Innovations ones, which may explain why the latter don't work too well.
