jumping chain on lower jockeys

have recently replaced (with MTZOOM ceramics) my very worn jockey wheels (XT 770RD). i now have a problem in that in certain combinations (such as top 3 sprockets and large chainn ring - i know not ideal) the chain jumps off the lower jockey wheel (i.e. insnt seated properly).. is this a symptom of bent derailleur hanger or someting else. ??

These are gears combos to be avoided - it angles the chain and can cause this. Is because of the design of those wheels and those combos.

Happens on many bikes.
