Broke my mates brake !!! Help please :(

Hi we were cycling tonight and went to nick his helmet as it was fastened and he turned into me so we both binned it. He had a crap abs brake lever which snapped and I've got to pay for it

First how much would u expect to pay for it at a bike shop.

I've found this online looks far better than what he had http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=22388 would u reckon it's fine and is it a simple process to attach it

Get on ebay, but V-brake levers are cheap as chips, get on ebay and look, if it's plastic it's even cheaper.

Sod ebay. If you've wrecked your mate's bike by being a bit of a nob end, then head down to your local bike shop and pick on up today, rather than wait for delivery.

i think you should replace the bike with a better product.
a new brake lever to replace what you broke and a little upgrde as a sorry
