Woah there! Glastonbury lasts 72 hours, yet the BBC racks up 144 hours of footage! How can that possible be! How dare the BBC flout the laws of physics in order to provide viewers with unparalleled coverage of the world's greatest music festival! I am outraged

From the pages of the Daily mail, What a surprise.

Glastonbury has 20+ stages/music venues/tents all playing about 12 hours a day. The BBC coverage takes feeds from multiple venues.

Perhaps if the daily Mail Jorno's weren't just a bunch of reactiony clowns and actually did some research for a change they might understand what happens in the real world.

Anyone who thinks this can't actually be very bright - the Mail know their readers, and exactly how to keep pushing their buttons. Essentially they make a tidy profit from continually trolling their readership.

I only go there for 2 reasons:

    1) To support their campaign to stop the sexualisation of young people.

    2) To look at all the pictures of women in bikinis they publish.

1 picture of the organiser being interviewed.
2 pictures of acts on stage.
4 pictures of attractive young women.

There's enough material here for a 3 day cynicism and hypocricy festival.

nail right on the head mate - they weren't really trying in that piece though:

    a) no mention of how much Mr Eavis' house was worth
    b) young ladies not scantily clad enough for your average sexually repressed suburban middle aged reader
    c) absolutely no mention of 'asylum seekers' up to no good at the event

    must try harder :P
