Hi,

I'm thinking of upping the stopping power of my Avid ExiliR's by swapping out the rotor's to Hope floating discks 203mm Front, 183mm Rear.

My questions are: will the Avid levers/calipers cope and will the floating discs come with the correct spacers to fit on my swingarm & fox 32 forks?

Thanks
Rick

you will not get any more power over any other discs of the same size.

but if you want to spend money on the floaters they will fit. just watch for any contact on the rivets.

I doubt the rotors will come with caliper adaptors, if that's what you're asking.

I think there can be some issues with floating rotors and Avid calipers, the rivets catch on the pad removal tabs.

bails87 that is the Juciy calipers only. but there has been some calipers touching the rivits but I forget which.

Just get bigger rotors and adapters. But I would only Up the size of the front to 185 and leave the rear as it is. Unless it is a FR/DH bike or you are 200lbs or more.
