Slack spokes??

after finishing a race I noticed that one of the spokes on the rear wheel was not as tight as all the rest so got the LBS to give it a quick tweak and it was back to new. however this has happened again, just one spoke on the rear wheel has gone slack. i did knock the wheel while racing but could this have caused it to go slack?
Any help or advice or previous expierience would be greatful

very possible that the rim is out of shape. spin it and look.
