Rock Shox Recon 351 U-Turn

Hi - got a problem with my Rock Shox Recon 351 U-Turn (coil), they have stopped working and have NO idea what may have happened, the bike has had very little use. Need help to find a solution. Cheers

- I'm not very technical so will explain the best I can, although the travel adjustment does work there is very little or no movement to the forks (seems like lock out is on).0
