warks/worcs area trails to explore
Wondering if anyone has any tips for trails, forests, bridlepaths to explore in the Warwickshire, Worcestershire areas..
Have a couple of good loops we regularly use but would be nice to try some other local stuff occasionally ?
And of course hear from anyone in these areas.
Cheers in advance

In the Worcester area, I mainly cycle Cannock Chase at the moment but also enjoy doing a circuit of the Malverns now and again, and also along the canal towpath from Worcester to Hanbury (when I'm too lazy to drive anywhere).
Also interested in finding out about other routes - I found some ideas on the Council website and wondering if there might be some "unmarked" trails off some of the bridlepaths they mention - http://www.worcestershire.gov.uk/cms/tr ... -maps.aspxSpecialized Hardrock Sport 2005

There's a few worth a scout around Oakly woods or edgehill in the Warks area and another called badby woods which I think is in Oxfordshire which is worth further exploration; I too would be interested in hearing or different trailsRockin': Specialized Rockhopper 2008

Use oakly woods 3x a week have a cracking 12mile loop from Salford priors area taking in the whole single track perimeter of the woods... And old railway lines
Probably just need to meet up with a few fellow mtb's in the area (not too hardcore though) and get off the beaten track and get exploring a bit.MY CUBE

Have you noticed the nature police have been laying logs across the tracks and my handy work with a saw and mini logs in order to jump them?Rockin': Specialized Rockhopper 2008
